URGENT: Arkansas - August 19–20: A Confederate monument protest/rally is planned in Hot Springs this weekend. It is believed that some of the participants in the Charlottesville, VA protests last week will be here as well, as this has gained a lot of media attention. Please advise your officers to not issue travel passes for offenders to travel to Hot Springs this weekend, especially those who are identified as members of security threat groups
