Paige Lucas assisted NC in granting reporting instructions for an offender that was released from prison homeless.  The offender had submitted an address to go to WV to live with his family prior to his release but due to no cause of his own, the request was not submitted.  Once this came to the NC ISC Office's attention, WV was contacted after 4:30 on a Friday before a holiday when most people had left the office for the day.  Paige contacted DCA Kirk and she agreed that the reporting instructions could be granted.
