ICOTS Enhancement Training

• Description:

  On Thursday, February 15, 2018 three new enhancements will be launched in ICOTS. The national office will offer a brief Q & A session for these enhancements on Monday, February 12^th  at 2:00 pm ET and Tuesday February 13^th at 11:00 am ET.   Visit the ICAOS WebEx Training Center site to sign up.

  This training is for state-level Compact Staff ONLY (those with either a compact office or admin role) and is only applicable to those involved in User Administrator for your state. The main purpose for this training is to explain the new electronic user agreement. The enhancement does not change the responsibilities for state administrators providing access to ICOTS, but it may affect your state’s specific processes or procedures when setting up new users. These administrative processes vary state to state so it’s going to be up to each state if and how this change is communicated to end users.
