Notice of Public Hearing

The Interstate Commission for Adult Offender Supervision (ICAOS) will vote on proposals to amend ICAOS Rules at the 2017 Annual Business Meeting in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania on Wednesday, October 11, 2017.

In accordance with ICAOS Rule 2.109(c), the Rules Committee shall publish the text of the proposed rules or amendments no later than 30 days prior to the meeting at which the vote on the rule is scheduled. The full text of the proposals is available here.

Interested persons may submit written comments regarding the above proposed rules or amendments. Electronically submitted comments can be emailed to icaos@interstatecompact.org. If electronic submission is not possible, mail comments to:

Electronically submitted written comments must be received by 3:00pm ET on Sunday, October 8, 2017. Mailed comments must be postmarked by Friday, September 29, 2017 to ensure timely receipt.
