Update 2/13/2026:

Due to ongoing issues with the learning management system, trainings are now available in a simpler format.

Upon completion, participants will receive an email confirmation and can print a copy of their successful completion.

 

Update 11/13/25:

In preparation for the new rules taking effect on April 1, 2026, on-demand modules are now available to guide you through the changes. Enroll in the "2025 Rule Amendments" training to see what’s new!

Update 8/14/25: 

With the transition to the new server, State LMS Managers have reported issues with looking up training information on users. While functionality is being looked at to make search features more user friendly, a workaround has been developed in the interim. Workaround for Accessing User Training Progress – ICAOS Support

The On-Demand Training Modules are part of CORE (Compact Online Reference Encyclopedia).

ICAOS On-Demand training modules provide 24/7 access to a variety of information related to the Compact rules and processes.

Modules should be accessed using an unrestricted computer without the use of a Virtual Private Network (VPN.) Check here for training module viewing requirements.
