COVID INFORMATION:

To ensure the health and safety of all attendees and staff members during our meeting, ICAOS National Office staff and NY Hilton Midtown Hotel will continue to closely monitor New York State and CDC safety guidelines and protocols and make appropriate adjustments if needed.

Currently, in compliance with the “Key to NYC Executive Order” ordinance issued by Mayor de Blasio, all guests and event attendees age 12 and up must show valid proof of vaccination along with Valid ID while when participating in any indoor hotel experiences.

Proof of vaccination currently includes

• NYC COVID Safe App
• CDC Vaccination Card (or photo)
• An official immunization record from outside NYC or the U.S

*Note that the city ordinance does not accept proof of a negative COVID-19 test result.

ICAOS suggests the following safety guidelines for all attendees and staff but especially those who are immunocompromised.

• Wear mask indoors. Masks will be provided by ICAOS National Office staff.
• Utilize sanitizing stations before entering/leaving the meeting room.
• Practice proper social distancing as needed.
• Always keeping your vaccination card on your person. All attendees must provide valid proof of vaccination to participate in the indoor hotel activities.

• Social distancing signage and sanitizing stations throughout the hotel.
