In response to the success of and feedback for the On-Demand Training Modules, the National Office has produced the training modules in DVD format. You can now view the content from all 8 of the online modules on your television or DVD-enabled computer. The modules are separated on the DVD so they can be viewed individually or all at one time.

The DVD includes all of the same content as the On-Demand modules. Here is a list and description of the modules included on the DVD:

1.) Introduction to ICAOS Rules and Eligibility - The material presented in this module will serve as an introduction to the Compact as well as acquaint you with the administrative functions and eligibility requirements of the Interstate Compact for Adult Offender Supervision. (12 min.)

2.) Transfer of Supervision - The material in this module covers the procedures outlined in the ICAOS Rules for Transferring Offenders to a Receiving State. (22 min.)

3.) Types of Transfers - The material in this module addresses the mandatory and discretionary criteria for submitting an application for transfer. (12 min.)

4.) Supervision in Receiving State - The material in this module addresses processes and responsibilities identified in the ICAOS Rules for sending and receiving states once an offender has been transferred to another state under the Interstate Compact. (14 min.)

5.) Retaking and Closing Supervision - The material in this module outlines criteria and procedures for returning offenders to a sending state as well as defines the criteria for terminating a receiving state’s obligation for supervision under the Interstate Compact. (12 min.)

6.) Judicial Issues Training - The material presented in this module will provide an overview of the interstate compact for adult offender supervision; discuss sentencing and special considerations for judicial officials and attorneys; and provide liability and immunity considerations for judicial officers and employees. (22 min.)

7.) ICOTS Privacy Policy - The material presented in this module outlines the requirements of the Privacy Policy and User Agreement. Every user of ICOTS is required to read the policy and sign the user agreement prior to receiving an ICOTS account. (10 min.)

8.) ICOTS End User Training - The material presented in this module provides an overview of the Interstate Offender Tracking System and its functions. (22 min.)
