Advisory Opinion 2-2008 Released

Advisory Opinion 2-2008 requests clarification on the authority of judges and probation or parole officers to permit certain offenders to travel outside of Texas who are not eligible for transfer of supervision under the provisions of the ICAOS rules.

You can now view the content from all 6 of the modules on your television or computer screen. The modules are separated on the DVD so they can be viewed individually or all at one time.
