Training Committee Releases New Training Bulletin 3-2008

Training Bulletin 3-2008 covers Rules 4.109The Training Committee reviewed and discussed issues regarding reporting violations at its last two meetings. Per Rule 4.109, “significant violations” must be reported to the sending state within 30 calendar days and must be reported via the official Offender Violation Report form.
