Readiness Meetings Nearing Completion The National Office's ICOTS Team has nearly completed all 53 ICOTS Readiness Meetings this week. ICOTS Project Manager, Sam Razor, says the meetings have been going smoothly and have been, for some states, a real eye-opener. All Readiness Meetings were scheduled to be completed prior to the Thanksgiving holiday, but a few states have had to reschedule their meeting dates. The final meetings should take place before the end of November.
