National Offices Publishes Two ICOTS Launch Documents

Lessons Learned from the PilotWith the October 6th implementation date for ICOTS approaching, the National Office, with the assistance of the Pilot States, published two documents to assist states with implementation. The first document, “Lessons Learned from the Pilot,” addresses specific topics identified during the Pilot that will ICOTS Implementation Guide help states as they prepare for National launch. The second document, “ICOTS Implementation Guide,” will offer direction to states on specific features such as accessing the Help Desk, setting up workflow, reassigning cases for legacy data, managing legacy data, minimizing duplicate offenders and cases, and how cases pending at the time of implementation will be handled.
