The Training Committee reviewed and discussed issues regarding reporting violations at its last two meetings. Per Rule 4.109, “significant violations” must be reported to the sending state within 30 calendar days and must be reported via the official Offender Violation Report form.

Training Bulletin 3-2008 discusses procedures for reporting violations which do not meet the “significant” status. In addition, the Training Committee recently removed the “remain under supervision” selection from the recommendation section of the Offender Violation Report, which is listed in the Form Change Log.
