Receiving Email From the ICAOS Web Site

Outlook Junk Email DirectionsA number of state organizations have informed the National Office that users have not been receiving their “Registration Confirmation” emails from the new web site. The reason for this is that some spam and junk email software applications are catching or filtering emails sent directly from the ICAOS web site.

To enjoy all the benefits of the new site, you need to make sure you are able to receive emails from the our mail server. This means you need to add any emails sent from the “interstatecompact.org” domain as a safe sender. Here are the directions for Microsoft Outlook.

In some cases where your organization’s IT Department has very stringent spam email rules in place, this may not be enough. If that turns out to be the case, please have your IT department contact the National Office, and we can work out a solution pretty quickly.

If you have any other questions about how to modify your profile or use the website, please visit the “How To” section.
