State Fees

Supervision
Offenders under Pennsylvania supervision are subject to a $30 monthly supervision fee. This fee can be reduced or waived for exemption type situations such as poverty level income, student, collecting welfare, etc.

Application
PA instituted an application fee (Act 100 of 2006). Effective 9-5-06 PA offenders who apply for interstate transfer of supervision must pay a $100 non-refundable application fee. The fee is assessed for each application of transfer.
