Gary Tullock is currently the Director of Field Services for the Tennessee Board of Probation and Parole and has been in the criminal justice field since 1972 when he began as an Officer 1 and progressed through the ranks until he was appointed to his present position in August 2004. He currently serves as Tennessee’s ICAOS Commissioner and Compact Administrator and has been a member of the ICAOS Training and Ad Hoc Sex Offender Committees. He is a graduate of East Tennessee State University, the Tennessee Government Management Institute (TGMI) and he is a past President and past Vice-president of the Tennessee Correctional Association (TCA) which twice recognized him as Professional of the Year.
