William Rankin
Commissioner, Wisconsin

Mr. Rankin has worked in the criminal justice system since 1974. He currently holds the position of Corrections Services Supervisor in the Wisconsin Department of Corrections, Division of Community Corrections. His previous experience includes more than 15 years as a Probation and Parole Unit Supervisor. He has also served as a Probation and Parole Agent, Offender Employment Placement Specialist, Planning Analyst and Legislative Liaison. Mr. Rankin holds Master’s degrees in Criminal Justice (Michigan State University, ’74) and Public Policy and Administration (University of Wisconsin, ’84).
