Updated: June 1, 2017

This bench card is for the purposes of providing guidance to New York courts and judges and refers solely to probationers and their transfer under the Interstate Compact for Adult Offender Supervision. The Interstate Commission for Adult Offender Supervision (ICAOS) National Office encourages states to use this best practice as a guide for developing similar documentation for use and distribution to judges in your state.
